Hi, I'm Amanda Adams, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Intentional Steps. After years of working in community mental health, I opened a walk-and-talk private practice to serve those who derive clarity and calm from movement. I borrow strategies from evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT and Family Systems to help clients improve mental well-being and relationships.
